1. Services
OpMaat provides custom software development services for family businesses in Zuidplas.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of each milestone. We offer both one-time payment (€24,750) and monthly payment options (12x €2,495).
3. Guarantee
We guarantee a 10% revenue increase within 12 months. If this target is not met, you receive a full refund.
4. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect damages.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. All completed work remains your property.
